Wobble boards are not only used by physiotherapists but also by sports persons, martial artists and dancers to improve muscle tone of core muscles, as well as balance and co-ordination - and are particularly used by sk8ers, skiers, snow boarders and surfers.

This is a very high quality Wobble Board, with a very free open rocking/rotating motion, much more than plastic versions. I don't believe you will be able to find a better or stronger board than this one, It's made with a very high quality wood top, approx. 410mm (16") Diameter x 18mm (3/4") thick.
